Co-ordinating volunteer action to enable a community with better access

Clowne Countryside Access group is a sub-group of the Clowne Community Association , our aims are to keep local footpaths , bridleways and cycle routes accessible to all.
We work alongside Derbyshire County Council Greenways officers to replace broken stiles , gates and generally clear the pathways to make access more easy.
We are also involved in the consultation , investigation and planning to create new trails or upgrade existing ones
As a volunteer group , we welcome the involvement of all , and would be happy to see the contribution of any new members who share our passion for walking , riding , cycling and preserving our natural environment for all to enjoy
